• Programme Advisory Retainer — a quarterly retained engagement providing ongoing decision support.

Descriptions on this site are for general information only. The precise scope, deliverables, and conditions of each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement provided to the client before work begins.

Fees for each service are as listed on this site and in any engagement agreement. Payment terms — including schedule, method, and currency — are set out in the individual engagement agreement. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated. Prices on this site are subject to change; the price confirmed in your engagement agreement is the applicable price.

7. Nature of Advisory Services

ashveila provides operational planning advisory for non-regulated activities relating to AI lab build-outs. Our services do not constitute legal, financial, engineering, or medical advice. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and for obtaining specialist professional advice where required for regulated activities, licensing, or compliance matters.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, ashveila's liability in connection with any engagement or use of this website is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. ashveila is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from reliance on information provided through this site or during an advisory engagement.
